Less Than 24 Hours' Notice:

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly request that you provide us with at least 24-48 hours' notice. In the event of a cancellation with less than 24 hours' notice, a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost will be applied.

No-Show Appointments:

In cases of no-show appointments, where the client does not attend the scheduled appointment without prior notice, a fee equivalent to 100% of the service cost will be charged.

Early Cancellations:

We understand that sometimes unexpected situations arise. We kindly request that any cancellations be made within 24-48 hours of your scheduled appointment to avoid incurring cancellation fees.
